Refund and Return Policy – Max Power Of Grok


Since all products are personalized and made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.


We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
-The product arrived damaged
-The product has a printing or production defect
-Shipping error (arrived at the wrong address due to our mistake or the carrier’s fault)


Procedure:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email]
Send us photos of the issue


If the defect is confirmed by Printify, we will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs unless it was our error).
We do not refund products that were printed correctly just because “you no longer like them” or for size/color changes after the order has been placed.
